This review took me far too long to write, but I wanted to take the time to give Attorney Kirshenbaum the proper review he deserves. I found and hired Attorney Evan Kirshenbaum for my spouse who was in a long court case with her ex-husband involving her two children. After losing one attorney to retirement, a new lawyer was hired. With a new judge not knowing the whole history of the case and a new lawyer, the case drastically turned in the wrong direction. The case was a complex one with a long history and it was clear that we needed a highly skilled lawyer with a different approach. When I called Attorney Kirshenbaum’s office we were in despair, it had been a long four years of hell in family court. Without going into too much detail, he really got the best outcome for the kids. We found him to be caring, extremely hard working, talented, tenacious, and a force to be reckoned with in court. We were facing a bully - the opposing attorney, who was no match for Evan. I also want to add that our case required last minute preparation after he had just taken the case. He prepared and got up to speed in one night on a four year case. The hearing was in court early the next morning. Evan, and I am pretty sure his staff, worked over night to prepare for the hearing in which he completely turned the case in our favor. We will forever be grateful for Evan and his staff who work tirelessly for their clients. We can’t say enough about Attorney Kirshenbaum and his entire office. I highly recommend Attorney Krishenbaum to anyone looking for a skilled and confident lawyer.

I was cited by the police while in the hospital for failure to have insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. My attorney had the case dismissed immediately since the insurance card was with my motorcycle and not on my person.I also had only left the scene because I was taken to the hospital to treat my injuries! Jesse Nason was hired 1 week after a RO was filed against me, he had a vacation planned for the 4th of July and told me it was ok to get the case continued. Now it is 5 years later and the RO was never heard and I still haven't seen my child. She is 5 and started Kindergarten this month. Judge McCaan heard the case with Jesse Nason representing me, Jesse told me this was the only case Judge McCaan had ever heard in 10+ years being that their was a conflict due to McCaan was a partner at Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum before he became a family court Judge. Disgustingly terrible attorney, knew he had a conflict yet still went forth . He was fired the next day
