Carissa Zingoni helped me in 2019/2020, during a very difficult and trying time in my life. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her professionalism and knowledge, regarding my case. She went above and beyond to provide me counsel that was effective and to the point. NO doubt in my mind, that she helped to make my case move as smooth as possible, given the circumstances. She had respect for my feelings and wishes, NOT just the process. EXACTLY what was needed. Carissa is the Exception to the Rule. THANK YOU!!!

Carissa handled my divorce back in 2013 and I’m just now writing a review 8 years later. She did an excellent job and I referred her to everyone I know that was in need of a great honest lawyer since than. She was very kind and caring and although it was a tough time in my life , and I forgot a lot of the bad parts of my marriage, I will never forget my attorney! She was truly a blessing and I want to take this time to thank you. Best wishes in your career keep up the great work.

I was cited by the police while in the hospital for failure to have insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. My attorney had the case dismissed immediately since the insurance card was with my motorcycle and not on my person.I also had only left the scene because I was taken to the hospital to treat my injuries! I had so much stress over this on top of my injuries. Thankfully, this was taken care of my Kirshenbaum Law Associates quickly and completely with no additional stress for me!

Evan has the legal acumen and common sense to convert legal theories into settlements for his clients. He maximizes the value of each individual claim. He has a unique approach to evaluating a case and how to unearth what may seem inocuous facts to one lawyer for the purpose of strengthening both the liability and damages phases of a case.

Numerical values of 5 in each of the categories do not properly set Evan aside from the rest of the field. In fact, I would suggest that he is at the top of the pack of all those attorneys who were also assigned a rating of 5 in each of the categories. He is the complete package. He has the legal knowledge of a learned professor who is able to put that knowledge to use in a courtroom. He also has the personality and judgment to resolve cases favorably for his client. He is exceptional.

Jesse Nason was hired 1 week after a RO was filed against me, he had a vacation planned for the 4th of July and told me it was ok to get the case continued. Now it is 5 years later and the RO was never heard and I still haven't seen my child. She is 5 and started Kindergarten this month. Judge McCaan heard the case with Jesse Nason representing me, Jesse told me this was the only case Judge McCaan had ever heard in 10+ years being that their was a conflict due to McCaan was a partner at Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum before he became a family court Judge. Disgustingly terrible attorney, knew he had a conflict yet still went forth . He was fired the next day
